Alexis started with Hipskind & McAninch in October 2025. Prior to starting her career with the firm, Alexis graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2023 with her bachelor’s in political science. Alexis traveled west for some time before settling in the Greater St. Louis area. At the firm, Alexis assists with beginning stages of the legal process with client intake. She acts as a liaison between the attorneys and the clients. Alexis also assists with various case research projects.

 

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys painting, spending quality time with her family, and playing baseball.

Suzy joined Hipskind & McAninch in 2024 as a paralegal. Before beginning her legal career, she earned a degree in Culinary Arts and spent many years managing bakeries. Those experiences helped her develop the organization, attention to detail, and client-service skills she brings to her work each day. At the firm, she helps manage the many moving parts of personal injury cases, from obtaining medical records to communicating with clients and insurance companies.

She is passionate about being a consistent, dependable member of the team and contributing to the firm’s success. Outside of the office, Suzy enjoys baking, spending time with family, and taking walks with her dog, Nova.

Jen comes to us from the Northern Virginia area and joined Hipskind & McAninch in 2018 after spending nearly ten years as an Individual Care Aide in the Special Education Department for the Wolf Branch School District. Today, she assists with every stage of the legal process and serves as a primary point of contact for many clients, guiding them through their cases with compassion, professionalism, and dedication.

Outside of work, Jen is the proud mother of three children. In her free time, she vacuums her house every day because her dog sheds like a beast, tackling DIY projects, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
